Are they uninhibited or downright unhinged? In these wild times, attaining the designation of Most Uninhibited among the current pantheon of celebrities requires sustained effort, creativity, panache - and remarkable body parts don't hurt, either.

1. Colin Farrell
The Irish hell-raiser admits that he loves women, cigarettes, and alcohol - and quite obviously, all of the above in mass quantities. He said he took modeling jobs, sporting thongs that revealed his "large manhood," in order to buy drugs and that there was nothing he wouldn't try. He claims to have calmed down since the birth of his baby son. Still, Michael Mann, who's directing him and Jamie Foxx in the big-screen "Miami Vice" has been quoted saying he needs to have a bail bondsman at the ready "for both of them." He's not entirely kidding.

2. Paris Hilton
The celebrity heiress-reality TV star-movie actress has the bankroll to take her uninhibited ways to the max, but her biggest notoriety came from something she didn't buy - the leak of her sex tapes onto the internet. Even without those widely-seen stunners, Paris garnered attention for her partying, her revealing clothes, her lavish spending with abandon - as in her 21st birthday, when she threw five parties for herself in New York, Las Vegas, London, Hollywood and Tokyo. And then there's been her parade of high profile boyfriends including Nick Carter, Edward Furlong, Jamie Kennedy, Simon Rex and Sum 41 lead singer Deryck Whibley. And at 24, she shows no sign of slowing down.

3. Drew Barrymore Among her uninhibited credentials: she did a Playboy layout, flashed her breasts to David Letterman on his show while standing on his desk, flashed her breasts and had a hot make-out session in public with another woman, and when asked about it said it had been blown out of proportion and she was merely having a fun time.

4. Anna Nicole Smith She might have made No. 1, but we're not sure if it's just that she's uninhibited, or whether professional help is needed. The curvaceous former topless dancer, Playboy alumna and Trimspa huckster is so without restraint, as seen on last year's American Music Awards - not to mention her train wreck of a reality show on E! - she leaves audiences agape.

5. Christina Aguilera What? Isn't Britney ahead of her? Not this time. Mrs. Federline is currently showing up in paparazzi pics as possibly pregnant, chowing down on lots of fried food and going out with zit cream on. So, despite having gyrated with a snake onstage in the past, she's not in top uninhibited form at the moment. Christina, meanwhile, well, give her two E's -- for Effort and for Exhibitionist. Think Lady Marmalade. Think costumes that lean toward S&M. Think "Dirrrty" and her other oversexed videos. Think sharing with the world that she has piercings in places normally not named in polite society. And don't forget, she was second to smooch with Madonna (after Britney's notorious kiss, of course) on the MTV Awards.

6. Matthew McConaughey This Texas boy loves nudity and doesn't mind saying so. Even that marijuana bust in 1999, when McConaughey was caught prancing around naked and playing bongos, after neighbors complained to police about noise from his house, didn't slow him down. He recently bought a Hollywood Hills home and made friends with the spirit of a woman he says resides there. At least, he was quoted saying that "Madame Blue," as he has named her, is "a cool ghost. Maybe being nude all the time is why we get along."

7. Eminem He mooned the crowd at last year's MTV Movie Awards. He'll seemingly say anything, and wear all l kinds of silly costumes in his videos - Michael Jackson, a super hero, Osama Bin Laden.

8. Madonna She set the bar for celebs shedding inhibitions very high. Have you ever seen her "Sex" book, in which she's nude all through? Enough said.

9. Janet Jackson It's not just the infamous wardrobe malfunction. It's what she does onstage - simulated sex so hot that she reportedly has her mother escorted out of concert venues before particularly explicit numbers.

10. Pamela Anderson The party-loving bombshell of Playboy, sex video, sexy TV, movies and court has a new sitcom debuting in April, called "Stacked."

11. Mark Wahlberg He's spruced up his act in recent years, but cut such a swath of uninhibitedness for so long he can't be left out. We can't forget: the former Calvin Klein underwear model, who has three nipples, was known for pulling down his pants onstage when he was in his Marky Mark stage. He played Dirk Diggler, egomaniacal porn star of "Boogie Nights." He released a book dedicated to his penis.

12. Lil' Kim The Grammy-winning ("Lady Marmalade") gangsta glam girl, known for sexually explicit lyrics and revealing outfits, is now facing prison time for perjury and conspiracy. Her notoriety in the celebrity world was cemented in 1999 when, while presenting an MTV award wearing a pasty over one exposed breast, co-presenter Diana Ross reached over and jiggled Kim's bare flesh.

13. Tara Reid The fact this party girl and part-time actress didn't notice her breast was exposed while she was on the red carpet en route into a P. Diddy party tells us all we need to know.

14. Carmen Electra Her uninhibited ways show in the seemingly endless supply of Electra pinup pics, plus her status as booster and participant in Hollywood's naughty, bawdy burlesque troupe, The Pussycat Dolls.

15. Demi Moore Ashton Kutcher's older woman cut her swath - with "Striptease," the movie for which she performed a striptease on Letterman, and with her naked Vanity Fair covers, one when she was very pregnant, the other with a man's suit painted on her bare body.

And honorable mention: Farrah Fawcett. The poster dream girl of the 1970s is back with her own reality show, which reminds us of her uninhibited ways. She did a Playboy layout for her 50th birthday, painting with her buttocks and breasts. Now, that's creative.
