Being very single and constantly occupied with work, my friend decided to hook me up with a friend of a guy she had met in her gym. They were going to go out and thought it would be good to get me out of the house on a double date. As we walked up to the table, who did I see, but my cousin sitting next to my friend's date. When we were introduced, we just smiled and decided to play along as though we had never met. My friend and her date were shocked at how well we got along; saying numerous times it was almost like we had known each other for years. It was not until dessert arrived, while we were "planning our wedding" to the shocked faces of my friend and her date, that we had to finally confess. My friend was quite embarrassed that of all the guys in the city, the only one she could find for me was my cousin; sad to say it is still the best date I had/have been on in a very long time. -- Colleen, 28
