I went to see my doctor in reference to getting a prescription for sleep. What she suggested shocked me. She told me to pleasure myself each night before I went to bed. She said it would calm me down and I'd sleep better. She told me that sometimes people go to bed with a lot of tension and that this would relieve tension and I will sleep better. I tried it and it works like a charm. I get a full night of sleep.
