I have suffered from insomnia for several years. I have tried all the over the counter remedies and none work. I recently went to see my doctor for some help. What she recommended was not what I had expected. She told me to pleasure myself several times each night before I went to bed. I told her I pleasure myself every morning and she said to just add this to my daily routine. She said that built up tensions and emotions will prevent us from getting a good night's sleep, and this will provide stress relief in addition to it feeling so good. I started to do this with instant success. When I told her about how much better I am sleeping, she smiled and told me to keep up the good work. She said that she does it every night and yes, it does feel good.
