Poetry: Kisses
My lovers kiss
by Ashley

It all started out with a kiss
his lips against my lips
what an eternal bliss

My cold body quivers and shakes
Just how long did this take?

You hold me just the way i want u too
when i look up at you
i see nothing but you

It lasted about 1 minute
but throughtout my whole time
i felt nothing but how we should have made it

I slowly walked up to him
To give a kiss
But instead i got this?

My lover's kiss
Is like Heaven above
When we kiss
It seems so missed

God shines on us whenever
It happens
So why did
He let this happen?

I miss his kisses
Everytime he was here
So i know
God will let him be there
When it happens
