Hate You

I hate you
it rages in this heart
burns within this soul
completely devouring my innocence
and I just don't see
totally understand
why you are,
who you are
how you can even live another day?
So as this poem dwindles
and the rage deteriorates
this bitterness survives
remaining a part of my life
because I know
I hate you
and may someday forgive you
but right now
the time being
I hate you
