Did you miss the 40th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards? Yeah, we thought so. Most of the folks in the audience on June 16 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills missed it too, since their chatter was distinctly audible--as in no one was paying attention. We're just guessing (because we didn't see it, either), but we think the chatter probably stopped when Heather Tom accepted the award for outstanding lead actress for her role of Katie Logan on "The Bold and the Beautiful." She was wearing a gold, sparkly dress with a bodice cut so low and so revealingly wide, it caused us to gasp! Not only is there quite a view from the front, but also from the side. More »
