Tornado Photos: Horror, Loss, Heartbreak
It's pretty much come down to this: Moore, Oklahoma is a gigantic pile of sticks and rubble. The suburb of Oklahoma City was flattened when a massive EF-4 tornado, estimated to be more than a half-mile wide, slammed into it on Monday afternoon, killing at least 24 people, of whom seven were children. Those numbers could climb as emergency workers continue their frantic search under piles of the rubble. Two elementary schools, both of which were filled with children and their teachers, were in the direct path of the twister.
